PRICING
We try to ensure that the correct pricing is always posted on the website. Due to human error, it is possible that prices may sometimes be posted incorrectly.  If an error is found we will update the correct price immediately.  If the correct price was lower you will get that price; if the price is higher we will contact you prior to charging your card.

STORE POLICY
We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchases. Merchandise can be returned for an even exchange or a gift certificate (for Products or Services).

SORRY NO CASH REFUNDS.  
Perishable items are non-returnable.

RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days from the date you received your merchandise to return it for a replacement item or to receive an even exchange.  A copy of your receipt should be included with your returned merchandise.  All merchandise should be returned in the original packaging.

Taking Tea In Style, LLC respects and values our customers' privacy. Your name and information is used only for Taking Tea In Style purposes and is not intended to be given to any third party. We do not sell or rent your information.

Paypal does not share customers' financial information with Taking Tea In Style. Please read the Users Agreement and Private Policy of Paypal on your checkout.

TERMS & CONDITION

  • 10% Discount for All Non-Profit Organizations - Churches & Schools.
    (Tax exempt organization will not be taxed)
    ST5 FORM and TAX ID, MUST be presented prior to your event to receive the 10% Discount and Tax Exemption.

  • 18% Gratuity and sales tax will be added to all parties. 15% gratuity for children’s parties.

  • 30 days notice is preferred when booking a Tea Party, Etiquette Workshop, Tea & Dessert Bar and Tea Tastings.

  • Final Guests Count - Any changes to the guests count should be finalized 3 days prior to your event (5 days for parties over 25 guests) otherwise the guests count at contract signing or the last agreed upon guests count (whichever is higher) will apply. If add'l guests arrive on the day of the event, payment will be required in cash or by credit card at the end of event.

  • Parties that exceed the designated time will incur a $50 per hour charge.

    A $75 Non-refundable booking fee is due upon contract signing to hold your event date. The balance is due 10 days prior to event.

    Tea Parties over 30 guests will require add’l Party Hostesses

ADDITIONAL FEES PER EVENT (IF APPLICABLE):
  • All table linens are free if colors and sizes are included in our inventory. Special Orders will incur a Rental fee.

    Tolls, Parking and Travel Time over 45 minutes

ADULTS - Tea Party starting at $25 per guests.
Minimum 10 guests. 18% Gratuity, Sales Tax, and cost of servers. For best service 1 server is required for up to 10 guests.

Fine China Services: includes: Teacups, Saucers, Dessert Plates, Teapots, Tierred Trays, Fresh Flowers, Candlelight, Background Music

A minimum of 8 students. Maximum 100 Students. Starting at $15 per student for a 30 minute session. Workshops can be customized for your organization.

BOOK AN EVENT
Instructions for booking a Tea Party, Tea & Dessert Bar, Tea Tasting or Etiquette & Manners Workshop:

  • Contact us via phone or email to discuss your event.  Please include the desired Date, Time, Location and Guests Count.

  • If you require a location for your event, we will do our best to find a location for you.

    The cost of the location is the responsibility of the client. Taking Tea in Style is not responsible for the pricing or policies of any facility it recommends.

  • BOOK YOUR EVENT ONLINE - Once you have
    PURCHASED THE BOOKING FEE, A Contract will be sent to you via email or regular mail. Please sign it and return to us as soon as possible.
    Your event will be added to our calendar.

    PLEASE NOTE: ALL BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Planning A Successful & Exquisite Tea Party For Your Special Event

  • A free consultation via phone or face to face to discuss the location, setup requirements, guest count, menu selection & theme. We shop for the menu and prepare the menu onsite.

  • The Tea Party includes: Setup - 1 hr, Serving - 1.5 hrs Children Parties, 2 hrs Adult Parties and 1 hr clean-up. (Larger parties may require add'l setup and clean-up time.)

  • We bring Table Linen, Cloth Napkins, Fine China (consisting of teacups, saucers, dessert plates, teapots, tiered trays, etc.), fresh flowers, candlelight and background music.

  • We discuss how to brew the perfect cup of tea.

  • Please have sufficient tables and chairs to accommodate your guests or students.

  • If possible, please ensure a parking space is provided in front of your location to unload our equipment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you cancel at least 5 days prior to your scheduled event.  If you cancel within the specified time,you will receive a refund of your deposit minus the BOOKING FEE.  If you are unable to cancel within the specified time, your remaining deposit will be applied toward a future event.  If the remaining deposit is sufficient to cover the BOOKING FEE, we will not require an additional BOOKING FEE when rescheduling your event. We will make every effort to reschedule your party based on our availability.  You have up to 6 months to reschedule your party without forfeiting your deposit.

PHOTO RELEASE FORM
Pictures will be taken at each event, which may be used for Taking Tea In Style's advertisement purposes. Pictures are exclusive to Taking Tea In Style LLC and will not be leased or sold to any person or organization.  If you or your guests do not wish to be photographed, please let us know.  Forms will be provided at your event.
